OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

As employees and management of PT JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL,
we are committed to:

• Ensure occupational health and safety well implemented for all workers
and stakeholders who work in PT JICT.
• Strive to manage the environment through controlling environmental impact on water, soil, and air pollution as well as hazardous and toxic materials in the working area of PT JICT.
• Comply with all applicable government laws, regulations, and other requirements related to the implementation of occupational health and safety, and environment in the working area of PT JICT.
• Apply a continual improvement program through ISO 14001:2015 of environmental management system and ISO 45001:2018 and PP 50/2012 of occupational health and safety management system.
• Create and maintain harmonious relationship with stakeholders in the business environment to build mutually beneficial cooperation.

This policy is applied to all employees, contractors, visitors, vendors, authorities, and truckers entering working area of PT JICT.
