Stephen was appointed Managing Director, South East Asia & Australia for Hutchison Ports in January 2026. Prior to his current position, he was Managing Director, South East Asia and served as Chief Executive Officer of Hutchison Ports Indonesia between 2010 and 2014. He previously worked for Cheung Kong Hutchison Holdings and Hutchison Ports between 1992 and 2001 in a number of senior finance and management positions, including JICT Finance Director between 1999 and 2001.

Between 2002 and 2010, Stephen was Asia Pacific Chief Financial Officer for the Constituency Management Group (CMG), the marketing communications division of the US-listed Interpublic Group. During his time with CMG, he had overall responsibility for its finance function in the Asia Pacific region.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a BA Degree in Economics from the University of Leeds in the U.K.

Stephen also holds an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy from the Faculty of International Maritime Studies, Kasetsart University in Thailand.

Vivi Yulaswati is the Deputy Minister for Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas.

She has been involved/lead in the Indonesia’s Golden Vision 2045 development, particularly in regards to digital transformation, energy transition, low carbon development initiatives, and green/blue economy framework and strategies. She had long experience in developing SDGs road map, Voluntary National Review, as well as social protection and subsidy reforms. Currently, she is leading in digital government master plan, road map for digital economy as well as digital infrastructure and ecosystem, and some national strategic projects.

She holds PhD in Planning and Development from University of Southern California (2004), Master in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA (1999), bachelor from University of Indonesia (1991); and took many courses in evaluation, digital transformation, and change management in HKS and LSE. She received an Outstanding Public Social Innovation Award from Schwab Foundation World Economic Forum in 2024.
